An external source wishing to use any material displayed on this website, may do so only after receiving an advance written authorization from ISA Academy. Any unauthorized use of any material from this website will be subject to legal actions and full royalty claim of 1000 Euro per photo or image, or for text 100 Euro per paragraph, annually!

    2 (B). Training Manual
    The ISA Academy's training manual, as a highly valued core resource of ISA Academy® is copyrighted and may not be copied, duplicated, translated or digitalized, or parts thereof, for personal, internal nor commercial use, without an advance written permission from the author and the full royalty fee being submitted in advance.

    Any individual, commercial, public or private entity who wish to duplicate the manual for personal, internal or commercial use, must first obtain a written permission and pay an annual royalty fee of the ISA Academy's training manual to ISA Academy® prior of duplicating, or distubuting, the manual, or parts thereof.

    The annual copyright fee of the training manual, or parts thereof, is 12000 Euro and valid for duplication and distribution of the manual for a 12 months period only, starting from the date the limited copyright is granted! If wishing to extend the copyright time purchased, a renewal of the copyright agreement and royalty fees must be placed prior of commencing duplication or distribution of the training manual.

    2 (C). ISA Academy® Registered Trademark
    ISA Academy® is a duly registered trademark with OAMI, covered under the Madrid Convention. Trademark infringement is a violation of the exclusive rights attaching to the trademark ISA Academy® without the authorization of the trademark owner. Infringement occurs when one party, the "infringer", uses a trademark which is identical or confusingly similar to the registered trademark "ISA Academy" owned by ISA Academy@, in relation to products or services which are identical or similar to the products or services which the registration covers. ISA Academy® will commence legal proceedings against any party which infringes its registration.

    Failure to submit to trademark laws, international copyright treaties, intellectual property laws and the above outlined royalty policy, will unconditionally lead to legal actions, including but not limited to, claims of outstanding royalty fees, estimated loss of revenue, commercial damage caused to ISA Academy compensation, legal costs, court fees and fines!
